    1/48 Caterpillar D-7

Here's the D-7 from the same source as the grader. I had to do some repair work on the hard nose and hood where the build was incomplete, thick CA and dental alginate were used for that.

    Latest Acquisitions Revisited!

John (Keavdog) posted about a good sale on this one so I snapped it up. The other Ju-87's I have are mostly Monogram and Revell, though there is a Ju-87A from Special Hobby in 1/48.

    Caterpillar Model 12 in 1/48

Well, there are no tracks or guns, but it'll never fly and certainly won't float so here we are. This is a 3D printed kit from Poland from a firm called IDAP Technologies, in their line called Military Scales. I bought this one and a D-7 dozer from them via ETSY. They make them in numerous...

    Revell Ju88 A1 in 1/32 scale

I'm going to follow this, even though I know it will depress me knowing how lazy I would be if I build this kit

    Two more Zeros

This time it is a Hasegawa A6M2-K trainer and a Tamiya A6M3 model 22. I'll have the build details on my website before long but I am having trouble getting things posted to forums in a timely manner. It's like, do I build, or do I post? Or do I go to grandkid baseball games and take photos...

    Tamiya Schwalbe

It should be in a bag stapled to the wall of the box bottom near one of the corners, Bob.

    Tamiya Schwalbe

There is one thing to be careful of on the Tamiya kit, which I got wrong when I used CA to attach the nose weight which is also part of the nose gear bay. It is supposed to be left loose as it is trapped securely by other parts. It was slightly off where I glued it and that resulted in a small...

Adolf Garland was Judy Garland's sixth husband. Not many know that.

    Beech 18 AT11

Other than the nose transparency it wouldn't be a tough scratch build job to get the AT-11 nose as there are no compound curves.

    Monogram B-29's

He'll put floats on them and keep them in the bathtub, Bob.

    Beech 18 AT11

The 1/48 ICM/Revell kit is a gem. Toss that sucker and get one of them instead! Though neither it not the Battle Axe is the AT-11, I think only Pioneer has done that, in 1/72.

    Here's a good project

I'm surprised they didn't assign him to a squadron, he'd certainly passed his check ride!
