What I don't understand is the association between ambulance and towing tractor though :D
I would totally get it if it was ambulance & nurses or towing tractor & nurses or nurses & nurses or something like that :smack

I think the only association is that both were used at airfields and can help with making a little airfield diorama.
 
I remember doing this quite some time ago. Well done and congrats for getting the seam on the roof and sides filled and sanded. Most people who've built this before always leave that seam, believing that it is supposed to be there. You did right.

I'll continue to watch this while I try to find what I want to build for this.
